After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and product availability.

5. Exchange

Where applicable, eligible products may be exchanged for another available size, colour, variant, or replacement product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, another applicable resolution may be offered.

6. Return Process

To request a return:

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Provide photographs or videos if requested.
Wait for return confirmation and instructions.
Pack the product securely with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Send the product using the return method communicated by us.

Please do not send a product to an address without receiving return instructions from us.

7. Refunds

Once a returned product is received, it may be inspected to verify its condition and eligibility.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Shipping Charges
